Refund Policy

Pop Astrologer is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing our astrology or puja services.
1. General Policy
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a service has been initiated, prepared, or delivered.
2. Astrology Services
Astrology consultations, reports, or readings are custom-prepared and involve significant time and expertise. As such:

No refunds will be issued once an astrology consultation has been completed or a report has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule a live session or any session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

In cases of technical failure on our end (e.g. call failure, delivery error), we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or issue a refund if a resolution cannot be provided.
3. Puja Booking Services
Puja services require coordination with priests, procurement of materials, and scheduling of venues or virtual platforms. Therefore:

No refunds will be issued if the puja has already been scheduled or performed or materials have been purchased.

You may change or reschedule a puja with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time. But a complete refund is not applicable.

If we are unable to conduct the puja due to reasons within our control, you will be offered an alternative date.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

Clerical error resulting in duplicate charges.

Non-delivery of a service due to error or unavailability without prior notification.
